Project Management

Vaisala offers project management services on the customer's behalf to ensure that critical tasks and long-term goals are met accordingly.  Years of past experience enable our project managers serve customers by coordinating activities and agreements designed to support the customer's core processes.   

Before any delivery project can take place a customer with specific needs may require other project services, such as consulting or engineering, in order to customize systems.  This solution-based approach focuses on finding the best alternatives within products and services from the customer's point of view.

After careful planning, Vaisala begins the delivery project, which has a clearly defined budget, goals and deliverables.  A special project team is established where the project manager usually has a project coordinator, engineer and technician to work with.  The project manager takes  responsibility for the coordination of tasks and delivery of the system. This involves the coordination of hardware, software, installation, training, and local third-party interaction as defined by the customer order and/or agreement.
